DISK NUMBER: M288 PRICE: #1.25 REVIEW: This disk contains five pieces of music so i`ll review each one seperately. OBNOXIOUS: Al Pep has cleverly disguised this tune behind a poster for Acid Reign. He can`t fool me though, this music was produced by non-other than Dr. Awesome, for the excellent Crusaders A-90 demo last year. Obnoxious consists of a pulsating beat, great electric guitar backing and a superbly catchy main tune. What more could you ask for? VOGUE: Yes, you would be correct if you said that this was a remix of Madonnas 1990 chart hit. The tune features a racey drum beat, Technotronics `Pump Up The Jam` as backing, and a thumping main tune. Good stuff. YUK!: This tune has been ripped from the Fraxion Horror demo, and what a corker it is too. The music kicks off with pan pipes playing the tune. The mood of the tune soon changes and electric guitars make an appearance. The third great tune on this disk, there must be a bad one! A LITTLE MODE: This tune is a re-mix of Depeche Modes chart-hit, `Just Can't Get Enough. I said that there had to be a bad tune on the disk, and this is it. When I hear some of the excellent tunes floating around on tha Amiga at the moment such as, P.M.C. Alpha Omega, and the tune from the Rebels Boombastic Demo,` a little mode makes me cringe. THRASH TIME: The music in this tune consists of a racey beat and lots of electric guitar samples. Heavy Metal freaks will have a field day. Overall Al Pep`s music disk is excellent. The graphics are fairly good. The menu screen presents you with the name of the tunes that you are able to listen to and the key you have to press to access them. Don`t miss! RATING....85% AM/FM
